Offgridtec© roof duct 1-way heavy black for cable diameter 3-12mm

The heavy-duty version of the roof grommet with a black entrance. Manufactured from strong ABS plastic and equipped with an IP68 screw connection. The bushings are designed for mobile use in cars, mobile homes or boats. The ideal roof duct for medium mechanical stress (occasional access for maintenance or cleaning). Compared to the light version, four times the amount of ABS plastic was used here.

The roof duct is suitable for cables with an outer diameter of 3-12mm. No information can be given on the appropriate cable cross-section, since the thickness of the cable insulation can vary.

If the roof duct has been professionally bonded, it offers solid protection against the ingress of moisture and dust in conjunction with the PEG screw connections. The screw connections correspond to protection class IP68 and are included in the scope of delivery.

We recommend the Dekalin MS-5 adhesive set as an adhesive. (Not included in the delivery.)
